CPA Coins

In consultation with pupils, parents and staff, we have developed a unique system so that our full school community has access to a truly bespoke and exciting ‘reward’ programme that has 4 key aims:

• To understand and promote the idea of being a positive citizen and role model!
• To develop the idea that collaboration and team work equals success!
• To develop confidence and independence!
• To reward outstanding work and attitudes to learning!

Our CPA coins can be awarded for any number of reasons which are linked to each classes individual Class Charter.

All adults and visitors to the site will be given an allocation of coins which they may choose to award for any ‘greatness’ that they see during the school day!

CPA Coins work in two distinct ways:

1. Pupils work together over the course of the year to collect coins for their ‘Class Cube’. These coins are then accumulated and can be used for class-based rewards such as visits out and exciting celebrations in school.
2. Any coins that pupils are awarded are also added to their own individual ‘Dojo’. This allows pupils to individually aspire to collect as many coins as possible which they are then able to use in our termly Pop-Up Marketplace.
