Building character and resilience are central to everything we do at CPA and we believe that the scope to do that very often sits beyond the 'normal' classroom walls!  Our Enrichment Programme has been carefully built over a number of years to ensure that all pupils during their time with us have access to an exciting, engaging and balanced range of activities and opportunities.

This enrichment journey can look different for every pupil and we look to make the offer an inclusive one where nobody misses out and nobody is disadvantaged in terms of what they are able to access.

Every aspect of our Enrichment Programme is carefully selected and evaluated with both intended impact and also measured impact - this way, we learn what works for some pupils and what doesn't work for others which then allows us to keep the offer a rich and relevant one!

Impact and participation within each event, activity or opportunity are tracked and measured for both impact and participation, which enables us to ensure no pupil is being left behind no matter what barriers or disadvantages they may face!
